Refund policy

Once you receive your Fuji Health brand Treadmills, you have 14 days to return your Treadmill to Fuji Health Ltd for a full refund (minus any delivery, shipping and handling costs).The Treadmill must be in transit on or before the 15th day after delivery.

In case you delay the return, after the day 14th of delivery, any additional days will be charged at £50 a day fixed regardless of the product.
Please note that return policy also applies to Treadmills purchased from a third-party retailer as the Treadmills must be returned to Fuji Health Ltd for a full inspection.

All Treadmills must be returned to us in new condition and with any included materials such as manuals and instructions. If the original packaging for your Treadmills is unavailable the customer must ensure that suitable packaging is used to protect the item. It is the customer's responsibility to return the Treadmill and in reasonable resalable condition otherwise charges for depreciation may be deducted at Fuji Health's discretion. We recommend taking transit insurance to cover the item while in transit.

Before returning a Treadmills, please contact our team for a Return Authorisation Number (RA). If this is not provided, our receiving department will be unable to accept your Treadmill. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
